Monday, August 29, 2011

Hi Girls,
How have you been? Ever wanted to flaunt that oh-so-pretty pink and red nail paint on your toe nails but changed your mind when you looked at your feet ? Did they look tired and worn out, not to forget calloused and tanned. If your answer is yes, here’s the solution. Presenting the Liz Earle Foot Scrub, the one stop solution to all your pedicure needs. Rather I would say its a DIY pedicure in a tube. Yes, you don’t need any buffers, pumice, foot soak etc etc..All you need is this. Oh, and did I mention it has a wonderful peppermint fragrance, which smells so divine. Read On.....

Ingredients

What Liz Earle Foot Scrub claims:
This hard-working scrub gently exfoliates hard, rough skin on heels and soles, leaving feet ultra-soft and buffed to perfection. Naturally active ingredients include natural pumice to remove dead skin cells, softening avocado and wheatgerm oils rich in vitamin E, and the invigorating aromas of peppermint and rosemary essential oils leave feet smelling sweet.

How to use:
Massage onto damp skin. Rinse well. For a pedicure-perfect feet, follow with Liz Earle Foot Repair Moisturiser.

What I liked about Liz Earle Foot Scrub
  • The scrubbing action is really really good, because the granules are very dense and the scrub itself is very thick in texture. Makes it a great scrubby scrub. The pumice granules make the scrubbing action all the more better. I think it would make a great scrub for exfoliating elbows too.
  • The fragrance is quite strong and smells heady of peppermint. But since its a foot scrub, you don’t have to worry about the fragrance. It smells exactly like the wringley’s spearmint gum J (Which I love).
  • Does’nt dry out feet after exfoliating/scrubbing. I am good to go after use.
  • Removes, tan, dry and dead skin. Leaves feet looking fresh like I just had a pedicure.
  • Comes in tube packaging which is quite hygienic and travel friendly. You can take this along on a holiday to the beach.
  • It works great if you soak your feet in warm water for just a few minutes. Leaves feet squeaky clean and freshly pedicured.
  • Perfect recipe for Happy Feet.
What I did not like about the Liz Earle Foot Scrub
  • The price is a bit on the higher side.
  • Can be purchased only through online at uk.lizearle.com.
  • No other cons that I can think of.
